THIS is why we are praying for Brody and the situation with his eye (When I took this picture last night the twins wanted to see it and when Brody looked he said, "My eye is really crossed" That made me cry). Please continue to pray with us for the correction of the vision and the turning of his right eye! We go back to the doctor September 7 and should be able to decide further about surgery or a longer period of time with the patch! Thanks for your prayers sweet friends and family!

Prayer Request

Today (and for the next few days actually), I have lots of sewing that I need to do. BUT ever since Sunday afternoon I have had a horrible back ache and cannot find any relief. Chad has been doing football meetings with the staff the past few days and I am home alone with the kids. Therefore, I am afraid to take any medicine stronger than Ibuprofen. Currently, I am sitting on the heating pad, flipping through 120 channels, trying to read, listening to my kids doing who-knows-what in the playroom and wishing I could feel some relief! Please pray with me that I can feel better soon. If this keeps up, I may have to head to the doctor - which kind I am not sure but I have to feel better - I've got too much to do to be down with my back much longer!!

School

Molly's first day of school (well, her 1 hour testing appointment) is exactly one month from today and I have to admit - I am getting very anxious. We began praying for her school year last night before bed and my little sweetie was very quiet about it. I think she is getting nervous too. Pray with us, would you?
